The concrete process: how does that happen?

Installation & commissioning

Delivery ready to install. No configuration required: all you need is enough to remove the protective sheath so that it automatically starts collecting and transmitting data via the IoT network.

The installation only takes a few minutes — your attendance tracking starts immediately.

Remote monitoring

We monitor your meters continuously to prevent any incidents.

Our systems detect transmission, counting, or battery anomalies, and our team alerts you in case of problems.

You are also informed scheduled updates and interventions in order to ensure the reliability of the equipment throughout the year.

Planned preventive maintenance

Maintenance is recommended every year (at least every two years) to ensure the longevity of the equipment.

We you Let's warn at the right time and we send you a return slip prepaid to ship the meter to our workshop in Lille.

The intervention includes: comprehensive testing of all components including the battery. Replacing components that show signs of wear. Communication module and firmware update. Cleaning the meter.

All of this is included in the annual operating package, at no additional cost.

Once maintenance has been carried out, a detailed intervention report is sent to you, and the meter is sent back to you ready to resume its service.

In case of failure

If the data is missing, inconsistent, or abnormally low:

You perform a simple physical check on site (clean lens, meter intact).
- If the problem persists, you send the meter back to us for diagnosis.
- We repair and return free of charge, except in case of vandalism or abnormal use.


Your equipment thus remains operational continuously, without complex procedures or unexpected costs.
